I spent over ten years in the world of luxury cosmetics, working with iconic houses like Christian Dior and Givenchy. It was a demanding and elegant industry, where I learned a great deal. Over time, I began to feel the need to bring more meaning into what I was doing—to reconnect with values that were truly aligned with my own.
In 2022, I made the choice to step away from that world and refocus on what really matters: my family, my priorities, and a new way of approaching wellbeing—more natural, more mindful, and more in tune with the life I want to live.
For many years, I was fully immersed in the world of luxury beauty, working with iconic houses like Dior and Givenchy. That experience taught me a lot—it was elegant, demanding, and refined. But over time, I felt the need to reconnect with something more meaningful. In 2022, I turned the page to focus on what really matters: my family, my values, and a more natural approach to wellbeing.
Healthy eating has always been part of my lifestyle—fresh, simple, real food. But I didn’t apply the same standards to what I used on my skin. For years, I trusted prestigious brands, believing they offered the best. I never questioned the ingredient lists. That changed after a skin reaction forced me to look closer. I discovered what I was really applying: chemical preservatives, synthetic fragrances, questionable ingredients—and even microplastics. Things I’d never allow on my plate, yet I was using them daily on my face.
That wake-up call led me to look for alternatives—products that respected my health, my skin, and the planet. I tested countless brands, compared formulations, and explored different philosophies. That’s how I found Ringana. I was immediately drawn to their vision: 100% natural skincare, free from preservatives and synthetic additives, made fresh to order. The promise of freshness, effectiveness, and full transparency felt right. As I used the products, my skin changed—my hormonal acne (which had lingered since pregnancy) started to fade. My complexion became more even, more hydrated, and more stable.
Naturally, that transformation opened the door to new practices. I started learning about facial massage, face yoga, and face tapping. These simple but effective techniques produced visible results: firmer skin, softer features, and a clearer glow. They inspired me to keep going.
In September 2025, I’ll begin an in-person certification program focused on individual facial support. The training will cover face mapping, personalized massage techniques, face yoga, and acupressure. My goal isn’t just to deepen my own practice—it’s to share it, with care and precision, offering techniques tailored to every face and every skin type.
Following that path, I’ll also start a course in Ayurvedic nutrition in January 2026. I’ve always eaten healthily, but Ayurveda helped me understand that true balance depends on our unique constitution. Each of us is guided by one or more doshas—Vata, Pitta, or Kapha—with specific needs. Learning to recognize these profiles helps us align our diet to support clearer skin, better energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing.
Today, I believe that healthy skin doesn’t come from products alone—it’s the result of everything we do: targeted care, aligned nutrition, movement, and rituals that nourish both body and mind. Everything I’ve learned and tested for myself, I now want to share—openly and honestly—with women looking to make empowered choices and reconnect with a more conscious version of beauty.
